1. Acceptance
By using TokWriter, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What TokWriter Does
TokWriter is an AI-powered script writing and compliance checking tool for TikTok Shop creators and sellers. It generates video scripts, analyzes existing scripts for policy compliance, and provides educational guidance based on TikTok's published policies. TokWriter is an official TikTok Shop Partner application.
3. Your Account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use TokWriter.
4. AI-Generated Content — Your Responsibility
TokWriter uses AI to generate scripts and compliance analysis. This content is provided as a suggestion and educational tool only.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before using it on TikTok or any other platform.
- TokWriter's compliance checks are policy-informed risk assessments, not guarantees. TikTok's policies change frequently. A script that passes our checks today may be flagged by TikTok tomorrow.
- We do not guarantee that any script will avoid TikTok enforcement actions, content removal, or account restrictions.
- We do not guarantee any specific revenue, views, or sales performance from scripts generated by TokWriter.
5. TikTok Shop Connection
If you connect your TikTok Shop account to TokWriter:
- You authorize TokWriter to access your product catalog data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You may disconnect at any time. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access and deletes cached data.
- TokWriter accesses your data solely to provide script writing services. We do not sell, share, or aggregate your TikTok Shop data.
- Your use of TikTok Shop data through TokWriter remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use TokWriter to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading.
- Use TokWriter to intentionally circumvent TikTok's content policies.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense TokWriter's output as a competing service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract TokWriter's compliance rules, hook library, or AI prompts.
- Use automated tools to access TokWriter at scale without our written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
- Scripts you generate belong to you. TokWriter does not claim ownership of scripts you create using our service.
- Real creator transcripts shown in the Library Winners or Live Search features are sourced from publicly available TikTok content. These transcripts belong to their original creators. They are provided for educational study and analysis — not for verbatim copying.
- TokWriter's platform — including the compliance engine, hook library, beat formula, and UI — is the intellectual property of PBAI.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TokWriter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Compliance checks will catch every policy violation.
- Scripts will perform at any specific revenue or engagement level.
- TikTok's policies have not changed since our last index update.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TokWriter, including but not limited to TikTok account restrictions, content removals, lost revenue, or enforcement actions resulting from content you posted.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as TokWriter evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
